Company Policy
Boys & Girls Group Coaching Lessons
Number of Lessons
All students that enrol in the Boys & Girls Group Coaching Program are entitled to 8 lessons in each school term.
Class Placement
Students are placed in classes according to their age and standard.
Students may be required to change classes after an initial enrolment if their group is deemed unsuitable by the coach, parent or student.
Enrolments
All students wishing to enrol in one of our coaching programs can do so via the Cahill Tennis Coaching website.
Simply click on the (Join Now link) located on the homepage and complete the Student Enrolment Form. Once it has been submitted Liam will contact you within 48 hours.
Cancelled Lessons
Coaches may have to cancel lessons due to rain, flooded courts or temperatures that exceed 35 degrees.
Important: Parents or students will receive a text message when a lesson is cancelled.
If a text message has not been received then the lesson will go ahead or a decision has not been made.
Make Up Lessons
Lessons that students cannot attend or that are cancelled can be made up in one of the two weeks dedicated to make up lessons throughout the year. These weeks occur at the end of term two and term four each year.
Alternately, students can also make up for a missed lesson by organising to have two lessons in one week.
This must be organised with Cahill Tennis Coaching so we can ensure that students are placed into the right class.
Please note: There are no refunds for missed lessons.
Invoices
Parents of students in the Boys & Girls Group Coaching Program will receive an invoice in week two of each school term. They are expected to be paid via intenet banking or cheque by the due date.
Students will be unable to take part in the following term’s lessons if their account is still outstanding from the previous term.
Payment
Payment to Cahill Tennis Coaching can be made using internet banking. The Cahill Tennis Coaching account details can be found by clicking on payment options on the this website.
Payment needs to be made by the due date specified on your invoice.
Late Administrative Fee
If a payment for a student has not been received by week 8 of the coaching term a 5% late administrative fee will be added to the student invoice.
Re-enrolment
Coaches will automatically re-enrol students into the following terms lesson on the same day, at the same venue and at the same time unless instructed otherwise by the student or parent.
Any change of day or time for the following term will be communicated to the student or parent by his / her coach.
If a student wishes to leave the coaching program then the student or the parent must notify his /her coach prior to the commencement of the next school term. This can be done by sms, email or phone call.
Junior Holiday Program
Bookings
Bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to the first day of the holiday program.
Late Cancellation Fee
A $10 late cancellation fee will apply to students that are withdrawn from the holiday program on the day that they are scheduled to attend. A minimum of 12 hours notice is required for cancellations.
This occurs because the program incurs coaching costs, equipment hire and food and beverage expenses based on the number of enrolments.
Refunds
Refunds will only be made when holiday program days are cancelled due to wet weather or extreme heat and the student cannot attend the make-up day.
All refunds will be transferred by Cahill Tennis Coaching to accounts once bank details have been provided.
Bank details can provided to Cahill Tennis Coaching via SMS or email.
Junior Holiday Tournament
Bookings
Students must make a booking at least 48 hours prior to the day of the tournament.
Late Cancellation Fee
A $10 late cancellation fee will apply to students that withdraw from the tournament without giving Cahill Tennis Coaching 24 hours.
This occurs because a replacement needs to be found to ensure the draw is fair and also because the tournament incurs equipment, trophy and food and beverage expenses.
Refunds
Refunds will only be made if the tournament is cancelled due to wet weather or extreme heat and the student cannot attend the make-up day.
All refunds will be transferred by Cahill Tennis Coaching to accounts once bank details have been provided.
Bank details can provided to Cahill Tennis Coaching via SMS or email.
Private Coaching
Bookings
A first booking must be made by contacting Cahill Tennis Coaching.
This can done by completing our student enrolment form or by contacting us.
All future bookings can be made with the coach after your lesson.
Payment
Payment needs to be made either by
1.Transferring funds using Internet Banking (click: Payment Options) for account details, or
2.Paid in cash to the coach at the lesson.
Cancellations
Players booked in for a private lesson must give their coach atleast 24 hours notice if planning to cancel their scheduled lesson.
Late Cancellation Fee
A late cancellation fee of $10 will apply if a player does not attend a scheduled lesson.
This occurs because a coach may have foregone work in order to take the scheduled lesson.
Wet Weather
All players scheduled to receive private lessons will receive a text message if the lesson needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather or extreme heat.
The coach will reschedule the lesson for another time.
Ladies Coaching Program
Enrolment
To enrol in the Ladies Coaching Program, participants must contact Cahill Tennis Coaching.
This can be done by completeing the student enrolment form or contacting Liam on 0414866785.
Payment
The Ladies Program uses a play and pay option whereby participants pay the coach $12 cash before the start of each lesson.
Wet Weather
All players in the Ladies Coaching Program will receive a text message if the lesson is cancelled due to inclement weather.
Adult Group Lessons

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers must be redeemed by their 12 month expiry date
The vouchers can be used on public holidays, subject to coach availability.
If the recipient cannot use the voucher by the expiry date it can be transferred to another user.
Photography and Video
When enrolling in one of our programs you acknowledge that Cahill Tennis Coaching may use video analysis to help students develop the correct techniques required for playing tennis.
You also understand and agree that the use of any student images captured in photographs may be used for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation to yourself or to the student.
