Wet Weather
Coaches may have to cancel lessons due to rain or flooded courts.
Parents or students will receive a text message when this occurs.
If a text message has not been received this means one of two things:
- The lesson will be going ahead or
- A decision has not been made.
If a decision to cancel is made, you will receive a text message from your coach.
Lessons that are cancelled will be made up either
- On another day during the remaining weeks of the coaching term, or
- In one of the two weeks dedicated to a make-up lesson at the end of the second and fourth coaching terms.
There are no refunds for cancelled lessons.
Note: The coaching term does not follow the school term.
The coaching term runs for eight weeks whereas some school terms may run for 9, 10 or 11 weeks.
This means that tennis coaching lessons cancelled due to rain can be made up in weeks 9, 10 or 11 of the school term.
